Instructor Certification Program

The Instructor Certification Program allows for further expansion of the Foundation Course and translates that content to unique workplace situations. The program offers facilitation dynamics specific to the PrepareTraining® program through lectures, group work, practice teaching, and instructional testing. Participants learn about the Respect, Service, and Safety at Work® Audit as a tool for ongoing needs assessment as well as ways to encourage employee development through the use of Issue-Specific Elective Modules. Participants receive an Instructor Portfolio with teaching notes and a wide array of useful reference materials.
